Alli makes you look at what you are doing and deciding whether or not it has purpose and helps you to figure out if what you are so busy doing is something you are actually called to do. For several years the Lord has placed on me an importance for not overwhelming myself. I used to be a “yes” person. You ask for my help and I would gladly have done whatever it is you asked for. But it wore me down and stressed me out. I was finding that I was filling my time up with things that didn’t matter or was not something I was called to do. I learned quickly that it was okay to say “no”.
This book is a great tool to help you Break Busy. I recommend that everyone, man or woman, should pick this book up and read it through. Maybe even more than once. Don’t just read it. Allow God to speak through this book and into your life. You really will not be disappointed.
